Brandi Lewis
Brandi Lewis is a native of London Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Psychology in 1999 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, at Northern Kentucky University, in 2003.
Brandi was sworn in to the Kentucky Bar Association in 2003. She clerked for the Honorable Judge Roderick Messer in Laurel County Circuit Court immediately after graduating from Chase. From there, she went on to serve as a prosecutor with the Fayette County Attorney from 2004 through 2007. Since that time, she has worked with the firm of Baldani Law Group. Brandi became a partner in 2012. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal District Court, for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Brandi’s practice is varied and includes criminal defense, ranging from violations, misdemeanors, to felonies, in both state and federal court. She has taken numerous cases to verdict and has received several ‘Not Guilty’ verdicts for her clients, in both state and federal court. Brandi has a working relationship with the United States Attorney’s Office and many local agents from the DEA, IRS, FBI and ATF. When you are under investigation, it is a valuable resource to have an attorney who knows whom to call.
Brandi’s practice also includes all areas of family law, including but not limited to divorce, grandparents’ rights, custody, child support, time-sharing, prenuptial agreements, paternity, termination of parental rights, guardianship, abuse, neglect, dependency and extensive work as a Guardian ad Litem for children.
